The issue that was preventing certain signed documents from being downloaded has now been fixed and resolved. Downloading signed documents is now working as expected.

Investigating
We are continuing to see issues when downloading specific signed documents. Instead of completing, some browsers will show a 'Network Error' error. We are working on a fix as soon as possible.
