Issues with accessing database, causing error messages or slow loading

Over Friday evening, UK time, we experienced database issues which caused slow loading or error messages when accessing the Signable application. This was worked on and resolved by 12.45pm the following day. We are performing a full post mortem on what the cause of this issue was and will be making changes to improve the reliability and responsiveness of the application as a whole over the next week.
