US and UK Website Outage and Resolution - November 1st, 2024
We experienced a brief interruption of service on our UK and US websites on Friday, November 1st. This was caused by an unexpected error with a third party plugin.
Impact:

The UK and US websites were temporarily unavailable.
Service was restored within 17 minutes.

Resolution:
Our team quickly implemented a temporary fix to bring the websites back online. Further investigation revealed potential contributing factors. We have addressed these issues and are implementing additional monitoring and improvements to prevent similar incidents in the future.
