The email backlog is now empty, which means emails will be sending instantly. Document processing is also clear so these will be processed as quickly as they come in.
We are in contact with our queue provider so that once it is fixed on their end, we can close this incident.

We are currently seeing delays with processing envelopes, sending emails and sending webhooks. We are investigating.
